Our new and modern accommodation is close to the city center, yet located in a quiet area.

The STRANDLOFT is situated on the 2nd floor of the old "Wellenwerke" building. Access to the STRANDLOFT is located in the courtyard of the former factory. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable for both short and long-term stays.

In the fully equipped kitchen – which includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, and washing machine – you will find a selection of organic spices ("Direkt vom Feld" - a local Chemnitz spice manufacturer) at your disposal. With these, you can whip up delicious meals just like at home and won't have to miss out on anything.

Our cozy solid wood beds can be pushed together or arranged with a small gap, allowing you to sleep together or separately. In the evening, the high floor-to-ceiling windows offer you a wonderful view of the starry night sky. On the balcony, two loungers await you to relax, read a book, or enjoy some culinary delights.

You can take a well-deserved break from everyday life in our bathroom, which features a rainforest shower. Meanwhile, the infrared heating pre-warms your towels, making them cozy and warm.

The entire apartment is fitted with underfloor heating and elegant parquet flooring. You won't have to search for a parking space here either – your car is parked safely and securely in the underground garage.

Right next door at Villa Energy, you will find a gym, massage services, and saunas.

The nearest highway access point to the A4 autobahn is the Chemnitz-Glösa exit/entrance.

This is the fastest way to reach public transportation or to get to our STRANDLOFT from the city center. It is only 2.1 km to the downtown center of Chemnitz.

The main train station (Hauptbahnhof) is just 1.5 km away on foot.

Right outside the building, the bus (Line 31) runs to the city center every 10 minutes on weekdays.

Travel times: 4 minutes to the Main Station/Dresdner Str., 9 minutes to the Central Station (Zentralhaltestelle)

The STRANDLOFT is located in the old "Wellenfabrik" close to the city center.

The area surrounding the building is quiet, clean, and family-friendly. Right next door, you will find Villa Energy. Here, you have the opportunity to enjoy massages, use the sauna, do functional and cardio training, or attend various fitness classes.

Several supermarkets are located about one kilometer away. If you don't like grocery shopping or don't have the time, you can also have groceries delivered directly to you via bicycle courier (Flink).

For a quick run, the nearby Zeisigwald forest or the surrounding allotment gardens are ideal options.
