House rules
- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Other times may be possible upon request and subject to availability.
- Please take off your shoes in the entrance area to avoid scratches on the parquet flooring.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (night rest) and from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM (midday rest).
- On Sundays and public holidays, statutory quiet hours apply. (Note: We use a noise sensor in the apartment hallway, which serves to protect the building community from overly loud guests. It only measures the decibel level.)
- Smoking is strictly permitted on the balcony only. No pets are allowed in the apartment.
- Please hang your laundry on the balcony to dry. Please air out the apartment 2 to 3 times a day by opening the windows fully for a few minutes (shock ventilation).
- Please turn off the heating whenever the windows are open.
- Grilling/barbecuing on the balcony is not permitted.
- The water pump in the courtyard is NOT drinking water.
- No events, parties, etc., are permitted in the apartment.
- Many families with young children live in this residential complex—please always be friendly and respectful towards them.
- Windows and doors must be kept closed during stormy or rainy weather.
- You may park your car in the underground garage or along Hofer Straße.
- Upon check-out, please hang the remote control for the underground garage back on the hook in the wardrobe area.
- If anything should happen to break in the apartment, please let your host Janine know by check-out at the latest. (P.S. Accidents happen – honesty is always the best policy!)
- In the event of violations of these house rules, we will be forced to charge you for any incurred costs, such as special cleaning, etc.
